1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Star Signature Travels LLP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Star Signature Travels LLP.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or book travel arrangements through us.

2. Services Provided

Star Signature Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers. We provide:

  • Corporate travel management services
  • Luxury leisure travel planning and bookings
  • International and domestic travel packages
  • Flight and hotel reservations
  • Visa assistance and travel documentation support
  • Airport transfers and ground transportation
  • Travel insurance coordination
  • 24/7 customer support for active travelers

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our authorized channels (website, email, phone, or in-person). A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit and issuance of booking confirmation.

3.2 Booking Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all travelers, including correct spelling of names, passport details, dates of birth, and special requirements. Errors in information may result in additional charges or inability to travel.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you immediately if this occurs.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Domestic Travel: Full payment required at time of booking
  • International Travel: 50% deposit at booking, balance due 30 days before departure
  • Corporate Accounts: Payment terms as per signed agreement
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Full payment required immediately

4.3 Service Fees

Our service fees are non-refundable and cover consultation, booking, and support services. Additional fees may apply for complex itineraries, rush bookings, or special requests.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges apply as follows (from date of written cancellation notice):

  • 60+ days before departure: 10% of total booking value + service fees
  • 30-59 days before departure: 25% of total booking value + service fees
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total booking value + service fees
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total booking value + service fees
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total booking value

Note: Supplier-specific cancellation policies may be more restrictive and will apply in addition to our cancellation fees.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts are subject to supplier terms and bank charges.

5.3 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions), we will work with suppliers to reschedule or provide credits. However, we are not liable for refunds beyond what suppliers provide.

6. Changes and Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur charges from suppliers. We will make every effort to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Change fees and fare differences apply.

Important: Name changes on airline tickets are generally not permitted. Incorrect names may require ticket cancellation and rebooking at current fares.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

7.1 Passport and Visa

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports (with at least 6 months validity beyond return date), visas, and all required travel documents. While we provide visa assistance, we are not responsible for visa denials or delays.

7.2 Health Requirements

You must comply with all health requirements including vaccinations, health certificates, and COVID-19 protocols. Check with relevant embassies and health authorities before travel.

7.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. We can assist in arranging insurance but are not liable for any losses if you choose not to purchase coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Star Signature Travels acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Overbooking of hotels or loss of reservations
  • Loss, damage, or delay of baggage
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
  • Visa denials or entry restrictions

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Review all booking confirmations immediately upon receipt
  • Comply with all supplier terms and conditions
  • Arrive at airports/stations with adequate time (3 hours for international, 2 hours for domestic)
  • Maintain valid travel documents and insurance
  • Behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs
  • Report any issues to us immediately for assistance

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or issues during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can assist in resolving them. Post-travel complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Star Signature Travels LLP and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
